The personal data you share with Moryzone Sanal Mağazacılık Satış Danışmanlık Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Moryzone) is protected by our company. Our company implements the necessary technical and administrative measures to keep your personal data secure and to process it in compliance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

As Moryzone, we would like to inform you about our communications and practices regarding the Processing of Your Personal Data and your rights under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.

Who is responsible for your personal information?

As Moryzone Sanal Mağazacılık Satış Danışmanlık Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Moryzone) (referring to existing and/or prospective domestic and/or international affiliates, subsidiaries, joint ventures and all their branches and offices), we process your personal data as the "Data Controller" as defined in the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), in the manner explained below and within the limits mandated by the legislation.

Collection, Processing and Purposes of Personal Data

Your personal data may vary depending on the services and commercial activities provided by Moryzone; however, they may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically by Moryzone units and offices, website, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means, by automatic or non-automatic methods. Your personal data may be processed by being created and updated as long as you benefit from the products and services offered by Moryzone.

Also, your personal data may be processed when you use our call centers or our website to use Moryzone services or when you visit our website, or when you participate in events organized by Moryzone.

The collected personal data will be processed by Moryzone within the scope of the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK for the purposes of having our business units carry out the necessary work to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by Moryzone, to recommend Moryzone products and services tailored to your preferences, usage habits and needs, to ensure the legal and commercial security of persons in business relations with PtteM AŞ, and to determine and implement commercial and business strategies.

To whom and for what purposes the processed personal data may be transferred

The collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, authorized persons, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private persons, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, for the purposes of having our business units carry out the necessary work to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by Moryzone, to recommend Moryzone products and services tailored to your preferences, usage habits and needs, to ensure the legal and commercial security of persons in business relations with Moryzone, and to determine and implement commercial and business strategies.

Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data are obtained verbally, in writing or electronically for the purpose of providing the products and services we offer within the legal framework determined, and to enable our Company to fully and correctly fulfill its contractual and statutory liabilities. Personal data collected for this legal basis may also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in paragraphs (1) and (2) of this text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes stated in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Links to third-party websites

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. After linking, Moryzone states that the directly linked websites are free of legal violations. However, Moryzone has no control over the content of linked websites and cannot continuously monitor them. Therefore, Moryzone accepts no responsibility for the content of linked websites that are changed after linking. This data protection agreement does not apply to linked websites of third-party providers.

Rights of the Personal Data Owner

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK;

(i) to learn whether personal data are processed, (ii) to request information if personal data have been processed, (iii) to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, (iv) to know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data are transferred, (v) to request correction if personal data are processed incompletely or incorrectly, (vi) to request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions provided in Article 7, (vii) to request that the transactions carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred, (viii) to object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems, (ix) to request compensation for the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, you have these rights.

As personal data owners, if you send your requests regarding your rights to our Company by the methods set out below in this Personal Data Processing Disclosure Text, our Company will conclude the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is envisaged by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged.

According to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVKK, you can submit your request regarding the exercise of the rights mentioned above to our Company in writing or by other methods envisaged by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you are required to submit your application to our Company in writing as per the KVKK. Within this scope, to exercise your rights mentioned above, along with the information necessary to identify your identity

Pursuant to Article 4 of the KVKK, Moryzone has the obligation to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date when necessary. In this context, in order for Moryzone to fulfill its obligations arising from the applicable legislation, we kindly ask our customers to share accurate and, when necessary, up-to-date information with Moryzone.
