QR Order

Coming Soon

This solution is still in development and isn't available yet — here's what it's designed to do, and what you can already use today.

Coming soon: guests order straight from the digital menu, no flagging down staff required.

QR Order is the next piece of Mezivo's service stack: a guest scans the same code they already use for the menu, builds an order right there, and sends it straight to the service team — no waving an arm across a packed room, no relaying a request by memory.

It's currently in active development, not yet available to guests. In the meantime, the rest of the stack it's designed to plug into is already live: the QR Menu guests will order from, the Reservations system managing their table, and the Reporting dashboard that will track what they order.

Once QR Order ships, a guest's order will move the same way their menu view already does today: scan, browse, select, send — all from the same code at the table, with no separate app and no waiting to flag down a server. The request lands with the service team the moment it's placed, not whenever someone happens to walk past.

For the kitchen and floor staff, that means fewer orders relayed from memory across a noisy room, and fewer mistakes that come from mishearing a request over music or a crowd. It's built to remove exactly the failure point that causes the most friction during a rush: a request that has to survive being carried by a person before it reaches the people who fulfill it.

For guests, the appeal is the same one QR Menu already delivers for browsing: no app to download, no waiting for a server's attention, and an order placed at whatever pace feels comfortable — whether that's a quick coffee order or a table working through a few rounds over a long dinner.

For the business, it's designed to close the loop QR Menu and Mezivo Reservation already open: guests already see the menu and already have a table — QR Order is what lets them act on both without a person in the middle for every single request.

QR Order isn't available yet, but the rest of Mezivo's service stack already is. QR Menu puts a live, instantly-updatable menu in front of guests today; Mezivo Reservation already manages table bookings and floor plans; and Mezivo Reporting already turns that activity into a dashboard worth checking.
