For Mezivo, a brand of Moryzone Virtual Retail Sales Consultancy Tourism Trade LTD CO;

1. General Provisions

This document has been prepared within the scope of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the relevant Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Delivery Terms

- The purchased product/service is digital in nature and no physical delivery is made.

- Following confirmation of the payment transaction, the service/product will be made available to the user immediately.

- It is forbidden for the user to share their access information with third parties.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Return Terms

- Under Law No. 6502, for digital products, the user has the right of withdrawal within 14 days provided that the performance of the service has not begun.

- If the service/digital product has begun to be used, the right of withdrawal ends.

- There is no right of return for services prepared specifically for an individual.

4. Cancellation and Refund Process

- When the user wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must notify the Company in writing or via a durable medium.

- The Company shall process the refund via the payment method used within 14 days from the acceptance of the refund request.

- The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider.

5. Force Majeure

The Company cannot be held responsible for delays in the provision of the service due to force majeure events such as war, natural disaster, or internet outage.
